Sean K. McQuaid serves as the President of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A. After joining our firm as an associate, he advanced through its leadership ranks and now leads a firm that has nearly tripled in size under his direction. Sean also maintains an active practice in personal injury and criminal defense, representing clients in car and truck accidents, wrongful death claims, and other serious legal matters. He previously served as President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and continues to play a central role in both our firm’s growth and the representation we provide to our clients.
Aubrey O. Dicus, Jr.
Aubrey O. Dicus, Jr. is our Past President and CEO and brings more than four decades of litigation experience to the firm. His extensive background includes business and civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and other complex matters. Alec Waid
