Brittany Andrias

Brittany Andrias is an attorney with Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A.specializing in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate.

Ms. Andrias has longstanding ties to both Pennsylvania and Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology, with a concentration in criminal justice, from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania before returning to Florida, where she has built her professional career.

Before attending law school, Ms. Andrias gained extensive experience working closely with attorneys and clients on matters involving real property, estates, trusts, and business transactions. This practical foundation gave her valuable insight into how these areas intersect, as well as the importance of carefully considering each client’s individual circumstances.

While working full time, Ms. Andrias attended the part-time evening program at Stetson University College of Law. Throughout law school, she continued working in the legal field, building upon her professional background while developing a deeper understanding of the legal issues affecting individuals and families.
